K Maison Boutique Hotel

I was greeted by Nu the manager of the hotel. He was polite and was served with tea and cold towel(much needed as the weather was at 40 degrees Celsius. The way he cared and showed his service was truly impressive. Very seldom you can get a good service like this. The room was spacious. The room was clean and neat. There was 2 complimentary water bottle and the bed and pillow was comfortable. I slept really well. The shower had the right pressure and temperature. The segregation of the toilet bowl, basin and bath area is well thought as there is a wet and dry area. The entire toilet won't be wet. Truly enjoyed my stay here. Once again, thank you Nu.

It's literally in the middle of everything, getting to the hotel by cab is easier. You need to walk a bit from the metro station. I didn't opt for any breakfast so can't comment on it, but the room was WOW. The ambience of the whole place, from the time you walk in till you reach your room, it feels like you're in a nice place. Cleanliness, yes! The place was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the bathroom well-kept too. All basic amenities were provided. I was quite impressed with this place, even though I just stayed there for a few hours as I had a flight to catch the next day. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at KMaison went extremely smoothly. The location was great and the host (Dream) was very helpful and polite. We had no issues while there. The breakfast was at a cafe across the road and it was excellent. The rooms are small but there is enough space for your luggage and as I understand this is normal for Bangkok. There is hanging space as well and a large window. They have also strategically placed mirrors to make the space look bigger. The bathroom has a large sliding door that is frosted glass and no lock. But it is clean and all the fixtures work well. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because the rooms could use some maintenance. Also along with my family we had 4 rooms and some amenities such as slippers were only provided in some. Of course they would have provided it if we asked but it’s just a matter of consistency. We also found tiny bugs in the wood in one of the drawers in our room. This did not bother us as we didn’t use the drawer however again, I feel sure the hotel would have handled it if we got it to their notice.

Staff were helpful and courteous, assisted with all my needs and more. Location was great, calling ride hailing services was a breeze with good availability and easy pick up and drop off given the exclusive location. Best way to avoid the terrible jams in Bangkok. Surrounding had all that you need even if you do not want to leave the area. Good massage, food stalls all around, and 2 7-11s and a huge Lotus just around.

It's very comfortable and considered spacious for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there. Around that area, there are quite a few cafes and massage shops. There are two 7-11 shops nearby within 3 minutes walking distance.
